Cypress Portfolio Company Aceyus Acquired by Five9

We are proud to announce that Aceyus, a Cypress Fund III portfolio company, was successfully acquired by Five9 (NASDAQ: FIVN), a global provider of cloud-based contact center and customer experience solutions.

Aceyus represents the tenth successful exit in our third royalty fund. Cypress provided $2 million of non-dilutive growth capital to Aceyus in September 2019. Co-Founder and CEO Mike Ary invested the capital wisely, increasing the company's value nine-fold subsequent to our investment.

Across our first three royalty funds, 28 Cypress portfolio companies have now exited at a combined value of just over $2.5 billion.
