Cypress Growth Capital Invests in Franklin Junction

Cypress Growth Capital is pleased to announce our investment in Franklin Junction, an Atlanta-based company that helps restaurant operators and dining concepts generate high-margin incremental revenue through its innovative Host Kitchen® business model.

Founded in 2021 by restaurant and food service industry veterans, Franklin Junction created Host Kitchen®, a platform that allows host restaurants to maximize underutilized kitchen capacity by fulfilling delivery orders for other dining concepts. Powered by proprietary eCommerce technology and deep industry expertise, the company’s solutions enable restaurants to expand their reach, optimize resources, and satisfy the brand-driven demands of diners in a digital-first world. Their technology suite includes AI-driven matchmaking of host kitchens with dining concepts, order generation, order aggregation, and operations solutions tools for supply chain, training, marketing, quality control, and accounting.

“With Franklin Junction, chains like Denny’s and Frisch’s Big Boy are generating high-margin incremental revenue via their existing kitchens and staff through brands like Nathan’s Hot Dogs and Original Hot Chicken,” said Cypress Partner Vincent Hsieh. “They are creating value for the entire ecosystem of dining concepts, restaurant operators, delivery services, and consumers.”

“We were seeking a partner who could provide guidance and support based on real-world experience leading and building tech companies,” said Rishi Nigam, Franklin Junction’s Co-Founder and CEO. “Cypress offered exactly that, as their unique investment model brings much more than just capital. We look forward to collaborating with them to scale our company.”

Cypress’ non-dilutive growth capital will be used to accelerate growth through sales and operational support expansion and software platform enhancements.
