Cypress Growth Capital is pleased to announce our recent investment in Cyber Watch Systems. Headquartered in Dallas, Cyber Watch offers information security consulting and ongoing managed security services for middle market enterprises.

Led by industry veterans, the company assists clients in planning and designing cyber security solutions that proactively protect their organization's most critical assets. Cyber Watch leverages its technical personnel and labs to select the most advanced, yet proven, emerging security technologies.

Cyber Watch's Virtual CISO service makes it easy for clients to access experienced, certified information security professionals who work closely with the client's executive team in the areas of cybersecurity governance, compliance management, IT risk management, data privacy and breach assessment.

Finally, Cyber Watch offers a 24 X 7 managed security service that handles day-to-day security operations to reduce cyber security alert fatigue, as well as an assessment service that proactively identifies and mitigates threats.

The $2,500,000 financing will be used primarily for sales and marketing initiatives, and the development of new, high demand service offerings tailored to the mid-market.
