Our Investment Criteria
We invest in B2B software and technology-enabled services companies. Cypress Growth Capital is actively seeking to partner with growing companies led by committed entrepreneurs who value their equity. We look for companies with the following characteristics:
- Software or technology-enabled services
- At least two years of operating history
- Annual revenue of $3M to $20M
- Growth capital needs up to $5M
- Profitable or nearing profitability
- Headquartered in the United States
Each year, we engage with hundreds of innovative, emerging companies and partner with a select number of entrepreneurs who desire to preserve their equity and want an investor who can bring value beyond just providing capital. We place a premium on finding founders who are looking for experience-based, impartial guidance and assistance at key points during their entrepreneurial journey.
