Cypress Growth Capital Invests In Stackify

$2m Non-Dilutive Funding for IT SaaS Solution

Founded in 2012, more than 1,200 organizations in nearly 60 countries rely on Stackify's easy-to-use tools to provide critical application performance and code insights so they can deploy better applications faster. The Stackify platform combines comprehensive application monitoring, performance management, error tracking, custom application metrics, logs management, and secure data access in one, integrated solution.

"Cypress' royalty-based growth capital allows us to supercharge our growth without giving up valuable equity and control," said Matt Watson Stackify's Founder and CEO. "Their insight, experience, and assistance is an added bonus and is something we were looking for in a capital partner."

"Matt had a very successful exit with his previous company and clearly understands the importance of preserving equity," remarked Cypress' Vik Thapar. "This is especially critical in a high-growth, scalable SaaS company like Stackify."

The $2,000,000 investment will be used primarily to expand sales and marketing efforts.
