Cypress Growth Capital Invests in Kingsmen Software

Inaugural Investment in Cypress' Third Royalty Fund

Cypress Growth Capital is pleased to announce our recent investment in Kingsmen Software. Kingsmen becomes the first portfolio company in Cypress' third royalty fund and also represents our first investment in North Carolina.

Headquartered in Charlotte and founded in 2013 by former IT executives of major financial institutions, Kingsmen Software delivers advisory services, custom software, and proprietary software-as-a-service solutions to commercial banks, investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.

The $2,500,000 capital infusion will be used primarily for marketing, sales and product support of Kingsmen's three current SaaS offerings.
