Cypress Growth Capital Expands Investment Team

Software and Services Exec Pat McCaffrey Brings Deep Operating Experience

Cypress Growth Capital is pleased to announce the hiring of Pat McCaffrey as the newest member of the firm's investment team.

"As we begin the launch of our fourth royalty investment fund, Pat's experience in leading and scaling software and tech-enabled services companies further bolsters our capabilities across all facets of investing activity, from investment candidate identification and assessment to portfolio company support," remarked Bart Goodwin, Cypress Co-Founder and Managing Director.

McCaffrey has held executive leadership positions in venture capital and private equity owned businesses as well as large, publicly held corporations. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Omnitracs, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company providing SaaS-based fleet management and track-and-trace logistics solutions to the North American trucking industry. His executive-level responsibilities in software and information technology consulting also include successful tenures at TeleTech, BT Global Services, Access Mediquip, Optum, Viant and Computer Sciences Corporation. Pat began his career in technology services at EDS. He holds a business degree from Miami University (Ohio).
